Chicago's East Loop Neighborhood

The Gage Building is walking distance from the State Street shopping district, museums, and world-renowned Millennium Park. The building is also within a quick walk of the Chicago theater district and cultural institutions, like the Art Institute and the Symphony Center. The resurgence of the neighborhood has attracted some of Chicago's most exciting new restaurants and residential developments.

The East Loop is easily accessible by car, and the Grant Park North Garage (with 2,000-car capacity) is conveniently located less than 30 yards away from The Gage Building for commuters and building visitors. Of course, virtually every form of public transportation is accessible just outside our front entrance, making 18 South Michigan an easy commute from anywhere in the Chicagoland area. The Millennium Metra Station is accessible from Randolph or Van Buren, each about two blocks away, and an elevated CTA train station is located just around the corner at Wabash and Madison. Plus, the Michigan Avenue bus stops at Monroe and Michigan, just steps away.
